The Blooming Collective is a series of monthly gatherings on various wellbeing topics. Each session offers thoughtful conversation, practical tools, and shared experiences designed to support living well at every stage of life. The tone is relaxed, friendly, and inclusive - more like a group conversation than a class or lecture.

While topics explore areas such as emotional health, ageing confidently, sleep, nutrition, creativity, and connection, the real focus is on enjoying meaningful discussions, learning from one another, and building community.

Talks will be held every month with guest speakers joining throughout the year. Come to one or come to many - you’ll take something valuable away each time.

July 2026: Cognitive Wellbeing - Keeping up the Brain Gains
Our brains are constantly changing throughout life, and while some changes are a normal part of ageing, there are many things we can do to support cognitive wellbeing and reduce the risk of memory problems as we age. In this session, we’ll explore the everyday habits, lifestyle choices, and practical strategies that can help keep our brains active, healthy, and resilient over time.

Together, we will unpack common myths about memory loss and ageing, and look at what is considered “normal” cognitive change versus when it may be important to seek support. Whether you’re interested in maintaining mental sharpness, supporting a loved one, or simply learning more about how the brain works, this session will offer practical takeaways and reassuring insights for everyday life.
