MH Week: Pots of Sunshine!

Open to the public – registration essential

Bring a little sunshine into your day for World Mental Health Day with this fun and relaxed creative workshop.

You’ll paint and personalise your own terracotta pot before planting a sunflower seedling to take home, nurture and watch grow.

It’s a simple session of creativity, connection and getting your hands a little dirty — no gardening or painting experience required!

What to Expect
